Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, diced
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.
In a baking dish, layer the potatoes, chicken, asparagus, and bacon.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
