Baked Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

4 chicken thighs or breasts (bone-in or boneless)

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Sesame seeds, green onions for garnish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
Coat the chicken pieces with the marinade and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Transfer the chicken to the baking dish, ensuring a single layer, and pour any remaining marinade over it.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the glaze caramelizes.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
