Directions

Place the steak in a resealable plastic bag or dish, pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it is fully coated.
Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Remove the steak from the marinade and let it come to room temperature before cooking.
Grill or pan-sear the steak to your desired level of doneness.
Discard any leftover marinade that has been in contact with raw meat.
