Cinnamon Raisin Bread Pudding

Ingredients
6 cups cubed bread (such as brioche or challah)
1 cup raisins
2 cups milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Directions
Start by cubing the bread into bite-sized pieces and combining them with raisins in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to create the custard mixture.
Pour the custard mixture over the bread and raisins, let it sit for 30 minutes to absorb flavors.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and set.
Allow the bread pudding to cool slightly before serving.
