Classic Diner Hog Pogs

Ingredients

1 pound ground pork

1 cup bread crumbs

2 eggs

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small patties of even size.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the patties in the skillet until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
Remove the cooked patties and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
