Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can diced green chilies
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add diced onions and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Rotel tomatoes, and green chilies until well combined and the cheeses are melted.
Season the dip with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Allow the flavors to meld together over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Once the dip is hot and bubbly, remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with additional cheese and chopped cilantro, if desired.
