Cozy Grandma’s Chicken Salad on Croissants

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup red onion, diced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

4 croissants
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, celery, and red onion.
In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
