Crazy Crust Blueberry Pie

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup unsalted butter

1 egg

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup milk

4 cups fresh blueberries

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a pie dish.
Combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Beat egg and milk, then add to dry ingredients and mix into a smooth batter.
Pour batter into greased pie dish for the crust.
Toss blueberries with lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Spread over the crust.
Combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon for the crumble topping. Sprinkle over the blueberries.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until crust is golden brown and blueberries are bubbling.
Allow the pie to cool slightly before serving.
