CRUSTLESS TOMATO QUICHE – FRITTATA

Ingredients 🛒
5-6 medium tomatoes, sliced (not too thin)

2 cups shredded mozzarella (plus extra for topping)

½ cup heavy cream (such as Elmlea double cream)
