Ingredients
1 box of yellow cake mix
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1/4 cup strawberry jam
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until smooth.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
Spread the prepared cake batter evenly in the bottom of the baking dish. Spoon dollops of the cheesecake mixture on top of the cake batter.
Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let it cool slightly before serving. Drizzle strawberry jam on top before serving.
