Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Wash, hull, and finely chop the fresh strawberries. Gently fold the chopped strawberries into the cream cheese mixture until well incorporated.
Transfer the strawberry cheesecake dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
