Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 packet yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup warm milk
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
Heat the milk, add it to the dry ingredients along with melted butter and eggs. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about an hour.
Punch down the dough, divide it into portions, add fillings, and shape into rolls.
Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven, then bake the rolls until golden brown and fragrant.
