Grandma’s Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

Fresh or Canned Peaches

Sugar

Cornstarch

Lemon Juice

Cinnamon

Vanilla Extract

All-Purpose Flour

Baking Powder

Salt

Butter

Milk

Ice Cream (for serving)

Whipped Cream (for serving)

Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Pour the peach mixture into the prepared baking dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in the milk until just combined. Drop spoonfuls of the cobbler topping over the peaches.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
