Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in any optional mix-ins such as chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
