Ingredients
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and oregano.Groceries
Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to a serving bowl, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Drizzle olive oil on top, garnish with fresh herbs or paprika.
Serve with pita chips, fresh vegetables, or crusty bread.
