Low Carb Bacon Cheddar Mini Cheese Balls

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Use a small scoop to portion out the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Garnish with additional green onions or bacon bits.
