Ingredients
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt.
Add eggs and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mix until a dough forms.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to desired thickness.
Cut the dough into slices resembling Texas toast and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Mix minced garlic, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
Brush the garlic butter mixture over each slice of Texas toast.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
