Instructions

Preheat Oven & Prep Baking Sheet

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Make the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix well until fully combined.

Assemble the Egg Rolls

Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape (one corner facing you).

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling onto the center.

Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly.

Dab a little water on the edges to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers.

Place egg rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray for extra crispiness.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
