1 cup key lime juice
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch pie dish.
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the pie dish.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes until set, then let it cool while preparing the filling.
In another bowl, whisk together key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and lime zest until smooth.
Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for 15 minutes until the center is set but slightly wobbly.
Allow the pie to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
