Savory Pork and Beef Meatloaf with Honey Mustard Glaze

Ingredients

1 pound ground pork

1 pound ground beef

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 eggs

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: honey, mustard
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together ground pork, ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and shape it into a loaf.
Combine honey and mustard to make the glaze, then brush it over the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
