Slow Cooker Classic Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Ingredients

1 pound spaghetti

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Directions
Start by cooking the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In the slow cooker, combine the olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook on low for 2-3 hours, allowing the flavors to infuse.
Once the garlic is golden and fragrant, add the cooked spaghetti to the slow cooker. Toss well to coat the pasta with the garlic-infused oil.
