Slow Cooker Garlic Herb Sautéed Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 pound fresh mushrooms (cremini or button mushrooms)

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup olive oil

Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley)

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Clean the mushrooms thoroughly and slice them to your desired thickness.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they begin to release their moisture.
Transfer the mushroom mixture to a slow cooker, season with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs.
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking and baste the mushrooms with the infused oil.
Once the mushrooms are tender and infused with garlic and herbs, serve hot and enjoy!
