Spinach Stuffed Meatloaf Recipe

Prepare the Spinach Filling:

Combine spinach, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, nutmeg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Mix well until ingredients are evenly distributed.
Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined, but avoid overmixing.

Assemble the Meatloaf:

Press half of the meatloaf mixture into a greased loaf pan.
Create a well in the center and fill with the spinach mixture.
Cover with the remaining meatloaf mixture, sealing the edges.
Bake the Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
