8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup pecans
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a springform pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla extract, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until combined.
Pour half of the batter into the pan, drizzle with caramel sauce, and sprinkle pecans.
Add the remaining batter, caramel, and pecans on top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until set, then cool before refrigerating.
