¾ cup unsalted butter, melted

⅓ cup canola oil

3 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

11 oz butterscotch chips

½ cup evaporated milk

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, divided

2 cups chopped pecans, divided

1 bag (11 oz) caramel bits

1 container (approx. 16 oz) chocolate fudge frosting
