2-Ingredient Slow Cooker Beer Bread

Ingredients

3 cups self-rising flour

1 can (12 oz) of beer
Directions
If you don’t have self-rising flour, you can make your own by combining 3 cups of all-purpose flour with 1 1/2 tablespoons of baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon of salt.
Feel free to experiment with different types of beer to customize the flavor of your bread.
For a non-alcoholic version, you can use carbonated water or soda as a substitute for beer.
In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour and beer until just combined.
Transfer the dough into a greased slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for about 2 hours or until the bread is cooked through.
Carefully remove the bread from the slow cooker and let it cool before slicing.
Serve the beer bread warm with butter or your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
