For the parcels:

2 sheets puff pastry (ready-rolled)

1 egg (for brushing)

Choose your filling:

Option 1: Minced Meat Filling
300 g minced beef or lamb

1 onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon cumin

Optional: chopped parsley

Option 2: Cheese Filling
200 g feta or white cheese

100 g grated mozzarella

Optional: chopped parsley or dill
