Beer Cheese Bread

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup sugar

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

12 ounces beer (choose a flavorful brew)

1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
Slowly pour in the beer and mix until the ingredients form a sticky dough.
Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
Drizzle the melted butter over the dough, ensuring it covers the surface.
Bake the bread for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice and serve the Beer Cheese Bread warm or at room temperature.
