Ingredients
2 Flour tortillas
1 cup Fresh blueberries
1 cup Shredded cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella)
2 tbsp Butter
Optional: honey, cinnamon, powdered sugar
Directions
Start by heating a skillet over medium heat. Place a flour tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheese on one half of the tortilla.
Add a handful of fresh blueberries on top of the cheese. Drizzle a little honey and sprinkle some cinnamon for added flavor.
Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the filling to create a half-moon shape. Press down gently with a spatula to seal the quesadilla.
Cook the quesadilla for a few minutes on each side until the cheese is melted, and the tortilla is crispy and golden brown.
Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool slightly before cutting it into wedges. Sprinkle with powdered sugar for a final touch of sweetness.
