Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup frozen corn
2 cups shredded cheese
2 cups crushed tortilla chips
Optional: sliced jalapeños, sour cream, avocado slices
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the meat is browned.
Add the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn to the skillet. Cook until heated through.
Layer half of the crushed tortilla chips in the prepared baking dish.
Spoon half of the beef mixture over the chips and sprinkle with cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, beef mixture, and cheese.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
Serve hot with optional toppings like jalapeños, sour cream, and avocado slices.
