Creamy Garlic Butter Beef and Cheddar Rice

Ingredients

1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

1 cup long-grain white rice

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the sliced beef to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned on all sides.
Meanwhile, in a separate pot, combine the rice and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the rice is cooked.
Once the beef is cooked, stir in the heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add the cheddar cheese and garlic powder to the cooked rice, stirring until the cheese is melted and the rice is creamy.
Serve the creamy garlic butter beef over the cheddar rice, garnished with fresh parsley.
