Ingredients
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1 lb pasta (such as fettuccine or linguine)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Once the beef is cooked to your liking, add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine, ensuring the pasta is well coated with the garlic butter sauce.
Remove the skillet from heat and garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy this Garlic Butter Beef Pasta with your favorite side salad or crusty bread.
