Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

8 oz. noodles (e.g., ramen, udon)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 onion, diced

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1/3 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through. Drain any excess fat and set the beef aside.
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the garlic, onion, and red bell pepper until softened.
Return the cooked beef to the skillet and add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
Serve the Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles hot, garnished with green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds for extra flavor.
