Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pink food coloring
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Directions
Preheat the oven to the specified temperature and line cupcake pans with paper liners.
