Quick & Easy Frozen Fruit Salad

Ingredients

Assorted fresh fruits (such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, and grapes)

Greek yogurt or sour cream

Honey or maple syrup

Vanilla extract

Chopped nuts (optional for garnish)

Fresh mint leaves (optional for garnish)
Directions
Wash and prepare the assorted fresh fruits by chopping them into bite-sized pieces. Ensure they are thoroughly dried to prevent excess moisture in the salad.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt or sour cream, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended and smooth.
Gently fold the prepared fruits into the creamy mixture, ensuring each piece is coated evenly. The vibrant colors will create a visually appealing dish.
Transfer the fruit salad into a shallow dish or individual serving cups for freezing. Sprinkle chopped nuts and fresh mint leaves on top for an added crunch and freshness.
Cover the dish and place it in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until the salad is completely frozen.
Once frozen, remove the dish from the freezer, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to slightly soften before serving. Garnish with additional fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
